Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy at Queen Beez Cleaning Services is designed to provide clarity and transparency to our valued customers. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. Rest assured, we are here to accommodate your needs with flexibility and professionalism.

1. Cancellation Procedures
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50

2. Refund Policy
Queen Beez Cleaning services has NON-REFUNDABLE service policy. When a job is completed, Payment should be sent within 1 hour of completion or prepay. If a completed job doesn't meet the proper performance agreed upon, we will be returning to redo the job within 24-48 hours unless otherwise discussed.
In the event that you have already paid for a cleaning service that is canceled, we will reschedule at your convenience.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
